360 Talent Avenue is partnering with a leading provider of home health medical care services dedicated to improving the quality of life for their patients and families. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Health Branch Director to lead their Tampa branch. The Branch Director will be a licensed Registered Nurse, responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including clinical quality, financial performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering high-quality care, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the branch team to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and promote best practices.
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff members to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
Monitor and evaluate branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and families, to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
Manage budgetary and financial responsibilities, including revenue growth, expense management, and profitability.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional development among branch staff.
Partner with sales to grow the branch operations

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Current RN license in Florida.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care management, 3 years demonstrated success in leadership roles.
Strong understanding of home health care regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve organizational goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
