360 Talent Avenue is partnering with a leading provider of home health medical care services dedicated to improving the quality of life for their patients and families. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Health Branch Director to lead their Tampa branch. The Branch Director will be a licensed Registered Nurse, responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including clinical quality, financial performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering high-quality care, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the branch team to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and promote best practices.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff members to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
- Monitor and evaluate branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and families, to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
- Manage budgetary and financial responsibilities, including revenue growth, expense management, and profitability.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional development among branch staff.
- Partner with sales to grow the branch operations
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current RN license in Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care management, 3 years demonstrated success in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of home health care regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve organizational goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
