360 Talent Avenue has partnered with a global manufacturer and distributor of innovative products in the commercial floor care industry to hire a Regional Sales Executive in Carlstadt, NJ. This position is a direct hire with our client.
Base Salary: Up to $85,000 Depending upon experience + Commissions.
On Target Earnings of $150,000/yr.
Territory: NJ/NY/New England
Travel:50-75%; Tues-Thurs each week; Company vehicle
The Regional Sales Executive is critical to driving business growth across represented brands, ensuring maximum sales expansion, and market penetration within the assigned region. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales, adept at building and maintaining client relationships while consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
What you’ll do:
- Leverage successful strategies from related industries to develop and execute a sales process and drive growth
- Strategically sell products to achieve profitability and meet or exceed regional sales objectives, while continuously identifying new business opportunities
- Engage regularly with customers and develop tailored sales programs that support business growth
- Report on market trends and sales/product opportunities to internal teams
- Manage assigned territory efficiently, maintaining a consistent schedule of customer meetings and effectively communicating brand initiatives and marketing programs
- Oversee regional training initiatives, identifying needs, coordinating logistics, and facilitating sessions to enhance product exposure and drive sales
- Participate in industry shows and events to promote products and facilitate orders
- Develop compelling business proposals to counteract competitor activity
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (3) years of territory sales experience/B2B Sales
- Demonstrated expertise in consumer sales management, including presentation, negotiation, and reporting
- Exceptional persuasive skills with the ability to motivate and positively influence others
- Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM software
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time
