Early Childhood Education Teachers

360 Talent Avenue has partnered with a private Jewish preschool located in Brooklyn, NY to hire early childhood education Teachers for multiple classroom roles. You can be part of this team of passionate, professional faculty and staff, working to develop a Reggio-inspired school, in a supportive and creative community.

These positions are direct hires with our client.
Pay Ranges: $60 - $85K/year, depending upon experience and position.

What you’ll do:

As an early childhood education Teacher, you will create a warm, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate educational environment, while integrating a program of both Limudei Hol and Limudei Kodesh, and adhering to high-level standards of education and care.

• Teach within a project-based program, leveraging engaging topics that integrate meaningful learning and development in all content areas across multiple domains
• Facilitate student learning through hands-on educational activities, group management, self-expression and choice
• Encourage the involvement of all students, parents, volunteers and staff in the learning process
• Integrate and reinforce Judaic studies throughout daily learning and activities
• Evaluate student progress, development, and behavior, and communicate evaluations with school counselors and parents
• Participate in and support student and parent in-school activities 
• Cultivate core Jewish values such as kindness, respect, compassion and integrity within students

Requirements:

• Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree with intent to complete a Master’s degree
• Certification in Early Childhood Education
• Knowledge of Hebrew language and Jewish holidays and customs
• Passion for students and early childhood education

Experience Needed:

• Early Childhood Nursery Teacher & Early Childhood Teacher  - 5 years of teaching experience
• Early Childhood Pre-K Teacher - 3 years of teaching experience
