What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Revenue & Close Deals: Achieve and exceed sales goals through a structured methodology (Sandler, Cardone, etc.).
  • Run Sales Appointments: Follow up on leads, build relationships, and secure contracts.
  • Define Scope & Materials for Projects: Clearly outline project details, materials, and exclusions.
  • Monitor Accounts & Secure Final Payments: Track 30-day past-due accounts and request commissions upon final payment.
  • Build & Maintain Referral Networks: Engage with past customers, property managers, realtors, and community groups to generate leads.
  • Communicate Clearly & Professionally: Use approved systems (Acculynx CRM) to document all job details and interactions.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field.
  • A reliable self-starter with a structured sales methodology and a passion for closing deals.
  • Industry experience in construction, roofing, home improvement, or related industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to develop strong referral networks.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed annual sales milestones.
