What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ Years of Business Development Experience: A proven track record of driving sales, preferably in equipment rentals, construction, oil and gas, or industrial sectors.
- Strategic Mindset: Expertise in market analysis, business planning, and competitor monitoring to ensure ongoing business growth.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a knack for presenting value-driven solutions.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently, manage a pipeline, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Established network in the construction, oil and gas, or industrial sectors.
- Experience in the equipment rental industry.
