In this role, you will serve as the central project management lead for multifaceted IT and data-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Management:
    • Own the execution of complex technical initiatives—schedule optimization, integrations, and data migrations—while managing tasks, timelines, and updates through project management tools.
    • Coordinate system integrations and IT projects, organize meetings, issue regular progress reports, and ensure timely completion within scope.
  • Client Engagement & Enablement:
    • Develop tailored documentation and training materials to empower clients to maximize the platform’s capabilities.
    • Support onboarding by translating sales objectives into actionable implementation steps, helping clients navigate technical decisions with confidence.
  • Technical Integration & Analysis:
    • Collaborate with IT and Development teams to refine client requirements into concrete technical deliverables.
    • Leverage your knowledge of IT processes, databases, APIs, and advanced data analysis tools (including AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) to deliver targeted solutions.
    • Analyze client data to reveal performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a technology-related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Strong track record in client-facing project management, IT implementation, and data management.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proven success managing complex technical projects and understanding IT processes and database systems.
    • Comfortable simplifying technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proficiency with APIs, data structures, and advanced Excel.
    • Ability to utilize advanced AI-based analytical tools to efficiently handle complex data tasks.
  • Client Relations & Communication:
    • Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • High attention to detail and adaptability in response to changing priorities.
