Position Overview
As a Green Energy Field Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact between the company and local homeowners—helping educate families on energy-saving solutions and introducing them to generous government rebates that support cleaner, smarter home systems. This role offers a rare combination of hourly stability, strong bonus potential, and purpose-driven work.

What You’ll Do

• Knock on doors in pre-selected neighborhoods with high interest and program eligibility
• Start conversations and educate homeowners on heat pump technology, energy upgrades, and financial incentives
• Collect lead information and schedule consultations for licensed energy specialists
• Represent the brand at local community events, green fairs, and tabling opportunities
• Keep digital records of your outreach and performance
• Travel throughout your region (mileage reimbursed)

Who You Are

• 18+ years old with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Outgoing and confident communicator

• Able to walk for extended periods in a variety of weather conditions
• Prior experience in sales, outreach, canvassing, or hospitality is a plus—but not required
