360 Talent Avenue is partnering with a renowned hospitality development and management company dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences across their portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Hospitality Construction Manager to oversee construction projects within the hospitality portfolio. The Construction Manager will play a key role in managing the planning, execution, and delivery of hotel construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing construction projects in the hospitality sector and a passion for delivering excellence in every aspect of their work.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards throughout the construction process.
- Oversee the selection and negotiation of contracts with construction vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for senior management.
- Communicate regularly with project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to provide updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all parties involved in the construction process to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on hospitality, multi family or commercial projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and industry best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in construction management software, AutoCAD, project scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
