Competitive Compensation: $35K base salary plus uncapped commissions, with a first-year target earnings of $140K+ and the potential to exceed $300K+

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive revenue by following a proven sales methodology (Sandler, Cardone, etc.) to exceed quotas.
- Run appointments, manage follow-ups, build trust, and close high-value contracts.
- Define project scopes, materials, and exclusions based on field assessments.
- Oversee job status, monitor accounts, and secure final payments.
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with homeowners, realtors, property managers, and other sources.
- Log all customer and job data clearly using our CRM (Acculynx).
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven success in outside sales, business development, or commission-based environments.
- Prior experience in construction, roofing, solar, or home improvement is required.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction components and installation methods, including roofing, window types, roof pitch, and basic electrical standards.
- Familiarity with job costing, estimating, and scope development for roofing, siding, solar, and interiors.
- Proven ability to articulate sales history, including project type breakdown, annual sales volume, and number of jobs completed or managed annually.
