Supervise a part-time EH&S Technician while working closely with site leadership

What You’ll Do
Develop and implement EH&S strategies, policies, and standards
Drive site-wide safety and environmental programs to reduce risks and ensure compliance
Analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements to reduce workplace hazards
Influence senior management to foster a culture of safety and environmental leadership
Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Conduct audits, inspections, and training programs to reinforce EH&S best practices
Lead crisis management planning and response efforts
Act as the primary EH&S representative at the site, maintaining professionalism and building strong relationships with customer leadership
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety or a related field
Strong knowledge of EH&S policies, OSHA regulations, and ISO 14001 standards
Experience managing safety programs and leading teams in an industrial, manufacturing, or related setting
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive operational improvements
Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage employees at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and compliance documentation
Strong presence and professionalism to effectively represent the company at a separate location and interact with customer leadership
