360 Talent Avenue is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager for our client, a dynamic and growing company that specializes in manufacturing components. This role offers the chance to lead B2B sales initiatives and contribute to the company’s expansion on the West Coast.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead B2B sales strategies focused on selling manufacturing components to industrial and corporate clients.
  • Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing potential B2B clients in manufacturing and related industries, spending 90% of your time on expansion efforts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share in the manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued growth within their portfolios.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers in potential client organizations.
  • Travel 75% of the time to meet with prospective and current clients across the US, with some international travel to drive global sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term strategic business goals and contribute to overall company growth.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Manufacturing Knowledge: It is essential that candidates have a strong understanding of manufacturing, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and the capability to discuss technical requirements that are critical to our customers’ needs.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales growth targets.
  • Strategic thinker who can see the big picture and isn’t just focused on short-term sales.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and clients.
