360 Talent Avenue is partnering with a premier HVAC, electrical and plumbing services provider in Massachusetts to hire an experienced HVAC Service Technician. This hands-on, field-based role is ideal for a service professional with strong technical skills, customer focus, and the ability to manage a wide variety of heating and cooling systems across residential and commercial settings.
The HVAC Service Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and high-efficiency equipment. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a professional demeanor while representing one of Massachusetts’ most respected mechanical service organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including high-efficiency (HE) units, standard equipment, boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups to ensure peak performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently, providing clear explanations and professional communication with customers and team members.
- Travel statewide to service a range of residential and commercial clients.
- Complete service reports accurately and promptly.
- Follow safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes.
A Day in the Life
- Begin your day from Franklin or your service area, using a company-provided vehicle to travel to scheduled job sites.
- Diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC systems using advanced tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Communicate findings and service recommendations to clients and the internal service team.
- Document completed work, parts used, and any recommendations for follow-up service.
- End your day knowing your expertise directly impacts client comfort and system efficiency.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of HVAC service experience across multiple system types.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
- EPA certification required; additional state licensing a plus.
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a schedule, and travel statewide (occasional overnight stays).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of environments and weather conditions.
