What You’ll Do

• Oversee operations of the rehabilitation department/clinic, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Manage budgets, staffing, and quality assurance while developing new therapy programs
• Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients as a licensed PT, creating evidence-based treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate training
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, patients, families, and administrators to ensure seamless care delivery
• Drive marketing initiatives and build relationships with referring practitioners

What You Need

• Master’s (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• Graduate of a certified Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible for state licensure as a PT; supervisor’s license as required
• Preferred: 5+ years of therapy experience, including director/manager experience in multi-disciplinary settings
• Strong leadership, customer service, and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license
